- Our January 9 post, "Paper runs false obit mentioning wrong hospital and fake cemetery" misspelled the word cemetery as "cemetary." It has been corrected. We regret the error.
- Our December 13, 2005 post, "Crunks '05: The Year in Media Errors and Corrections," incorrectly referred to the Liverpool Daily Post as the Liverpool Daily News. A reader recently brought this to our attention. It has been corrected. We regret the error.
